Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Laura Lee brings over 30 years non-profit leadership experience serving disadvantaged children, families, seniors, disabled Veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Her leadership is driven by compassion, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to serving God. Laura Lee’s passion for uplifting others and fostering meaningful change in communities is at the heart of Samaritan Warriors’ mission.
As a proud first-generation college graduate, Laura Lee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a minor in Theology, and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, grounding her leadership in both academic excellence and spiritual purpose. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), equipping her to lead with both strategic insight and a people-centric approach with deep empathy.
Laura Lee has served as Chief People Officer for a transportation and logistics company, as Chief Human Resources Officer at a nonprofit organization for disadvantaged individuals and for a federal contractor serving disabled Veterans and individuals with disabilities, bringing extensive expertise in organizational leadership and people-centered strategies.
Driven by a heart for people and a desire to share God’s love and message of salvation, Laura Lee strives to make a positive impact in the community through Samaritan Warriors- empowering people, providing opportunities for them to overcome barriers and gain independence, and guiding them to the Kingdom of God through the work of Samaritan Warriors.
Geo Villegas
Chief Operating Officer & Founder
Geo is a proud Veteran of the United States Army and a dynamic leader with an extensive background of more than thirty years in Operations, Facilities, Project, Construction Management and Sustainable Infrastructure. He has held senior leadership roles with diverse organizations, including serving as Senior Director of Operations for a homeowners association with over 19,000 residents, as a Regional Director of Facilities for a senior living company overseeing more than 60 communities, and as a Project Development Consultant for a company aimed at sustainable infrastructure.
With a strong background in government contracting, senior living, and hospital sectors, Geo is certified as a Facilities Management Professional and specializes in project management, implementing efficient operational strategies, and developing cost-saving operating budgets that drive organizational efficiency and long-term, sustainable growth. His expertise in implementing energy-efficient solutions and resource optimization directly supports Samaritan Warriors’ mission of responsible stewardship and community impact.
Known for his contagious charisma, ability to develop effective teams, and inspirational leadership, Geo encourages individuals with a message of hope- empowering them to overcome obstacles through faith, teamwork, and hard work. His dedication to operational excellence and community service positions Samaritan Warriors for sustainable growth and impactful partnerships. With a heart for supporting Veterans and disadvantaged communities, Geo is called to serve God as a warrior and advocate, ready to uplift and protect those in need.
